This is a purely community tour, where we benefit the members of a small mountain community that produces one of the best coffees in the world, recognized by its denomination of origin "Barahona" throughout the world.

It is also one of the areas that conscientiously protect the coffee plantation birds that arrive each year.

This adventure involves you in the collection, washing, drying, baking, grinding, refining and making your own coffee from planting to taking it to the cup for consumption in the company of expert community dwellers who will explain the entire traditional and technological procedure.
