Después de reunirse con sus guías fuera de la Terminal de Cruceros de Amber Cove, abordará un vehículo con aire acondicionado para el viaje de 25 minutos a las cataratas. Durante el viaje, recibirá una sesión informativa de seguridad y alguna información local de interés. Agua, refrescos, bocadillos y toallas heladas estarán a bordo.

A su llegada al Parque 27 Falls of Damajagua, dejará el transporte donde puede dejar una bolsa con sus objetos de valor, toalla, ropa seca y chanclas para después del recorrido. Su guía le presentará a los guías locales de cascadas que lo cuidarán y le entregarán un chaleco salvavidas, un casco y una botella de agua para la caminata. Si desea tomar fotos o videos en el recorrido, solo traiga cámaras impermeables. ¡A partir de este momento todo se mojará!
